CMP Group has cultivated the CMP Park Lane neighborhood for over 16 years. Since 2012, the annual Green Ripple Festival has brought creative energy and artistic aesthetics into the community—becoming one of the most anticipated events each summer. Anchored in the values of social sustainability, openness, and cultural creativity, the project transforms seasonal street observations into shared experiences and expresses a collective vision of better living.

“Green Ripple Life: Turn for the Summer” is a future-forward initiative rooted in the CMP Park Lane district. Through innovation and experimentation, the project explores how local influence can ripple outward. Each year, it delves into the spirit of place through thematic storytelling, field research, participatory design, and creative experiments—transforming insights into engaging special programs. Whether we shift 10%, 20%, or 100%, summer remains our time to think, imagine, and try again. There is no fixed formula, only infinite possibilities ahead.
