Originally an abandoned parking structure, Park Lane by CMP was transformed by CMP Group in 2009. With 140,000 plants covering its façade, the building brings Calligraphy Greenway’s lushness to new heights—seamlessly blending nature with modern architecture to create an urban oasis. This innovative approach earned the building the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award in 2010, setting a benchmark for commercial real estate in Taiwan.

Fifteen years on, Park Lane by CMP stands at the heart of Taichung’s CMP district, hosting the city’s most vibrant art, culture, and retail events throughout the seasons as part of the annual CMP Park Lane Festivals.
